Dating spam

Sometimes, some spam catches your eye that you just have to read. Nigerian prince spam is the most romantic. With far away places, courtly intrigue and semi-legal bank accounts, it has all the makings of a spy thriller! The most unromantic spam is usually dating spam. Meet lonely married wealthy housewives! See my photos! There's no creativity. It's boring.

Recently, however, I got a new kind of dating spam- from France. It was written in French, and it was quite  . . . nuanced. Here's the translation:

-----
Hello,

I'd like to write to you about a project. After that, we'll see, because looking and hoping, while wanting to force "things" doesn't always lead where you want, while letting things go as they will . . . if something ought to come it will . . . doubtless when you least expect it! Don't hesitate to reply, it would give me pleasure to get to know you, it might be nice. Have a good day, and I'll hear from you soon, I hope.

Aaah, the French! It's amazing. The spam is actually a bit understated. I'm fascinated that it exists. Needless to say, it's now deleted.
