When I planned my running route this morning, Google maps kept insisting I take a weird detour, even though I could clearly see a more efficient path. So I was like, "ok, mom... or dad..." and went along with it. Turns out the circular thing was a track. It was fate- I went around. There was a pull up bar at the end of it. So I put down my stuff, busted out two half-pull-ups and kept running. Like a boss.
Man, I've come a long way from only just being able to run half a mile and barely doing a negative pull up...
