Wow. That curry spice I got is amazing!!! I just made some of the tastiest salmon curry, ever. And the difference really is that super cheap bag of curry powder I got in Chinatown on Saturday.
It makes me happy, because the salmon, on the other hand, came in a bag of frozen salmon. So I was a little worried it would be dry and undelicious.
This isn't just good for my dinner. For my French class, I also must write a two page story based on a photo, and the photo I chose is of a gold-braceletted hand stirring some sort of curry-looking dish in a wok. (Or maybe it's paella. Honestly, it looks delicious, and that's all that matters). So, inspiration!
